About Me
Finding the right mental health provider can feel overwhelming—especially when you or your child are struggling. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages can feel heard, understood, and respected. I tailor care to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, and ADHD. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns of overwhelm, worry, emotional reactivity, or difficulty focusing. Together, we will work to better understand what’s going on beneath the surface and develop a plan that supports real, sustainable change.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and evidence-based. Appointments are not rushed, and treatment decisions are made together. When medication is part of the plan, I focus on thoughtful, prudent prescribing and ongoing monitoring. I also value collaboration with therapists, schools, and families when appropriate.
As a solo practitioner, I’m able to provide personalized care in a setting that feels calm and relational rather than clinical or impersonal. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and confident moving forward.
